Potatoes: 6 medium, boil, skinned and cubed
Curry leaves: 6 to 7
Cumin seeds: 1/2 tsp
Mustard seeds: 1/4 tsp
Lemon juice or tamarind water: 1 tbsp
Oil: 1 tbsp
Green Curry
Directions:
- Heat oil, add the cumin and mustard seeds, curry leaves, add the potatoes.
- Season with salt.
- Add the Green Curry
- Cover the pan, and simmer for five to six minutes.
- Add the lemon or tamarind juice and cook for another couple of minutes.
- Serve with rice or roti.
