Potatoes in Green Curry

Ingredients:

Potatoes: 6 medium, boil, skinned and cubed
Curry leaves: 6 to 7
Cumin seeds: 1/2 tsp
Mustard seeds: 1/4 tsp
Lemon juice or tamarind water: 1 tbsp
Oil: 1 tbsp
Green Curry

Directions:

  1. Heat oil, add the cumin and mustard seeds,  curry leaves, add the potatoes.
  2. Season with salt.
  3. Add the Green Curry
  4. Cover the pan, and simmer for five to six minutes.
  5. Add the lemon or tamarind juice and cook for another couple of minutes.
  6. Serve with rice or roti.
